System incidents (phone restarts)

i i already encountered almost 3 system incidents since i purchased my z5. The first one occured last december. I dont know why. But the recent one was when I was playing a game. The phone will first shut down then red light flashes several times then it will reboot. I hope someone will reassure me this will be fixed through software updates and the price of this phone is no joke. I wont accept this happening to it.  Thank you in advance!

Great news, perhaps it was a miscommunication from some of the staff or I don't know, enjoy your Z5

I rarely experience it from my z3c, just in my z5. And in the case of z3c it restarts since it hangs up or sometimes I do force shutdown. But it happens occassionally.  So I am really alerted when this restarts with red light flashes happened alot. One z5 user thinks the culprit is the battery since a phone only flashes red light when the battery is drained. So must be a battery problem and service center did replaced it. Makes sense.

 You think yours is bad, I've had 10 system failures in 2 months and 2 of them back in 1970 apparently. I'll be swapping this brick for a Samsung, in fact an actual brick would work better.
