i i already encountered almost 3 system incidents since i purchased my z5. The first one occured last december. I dont know why. But the recent one was when I was playing a game. The phone will first shut down then red light flashes several times then it will reboot. I hope someone will reassure me this will be fixed through software updates and the price of this phone is no joke. I wont accept this happening to it. Thank you in advance!

Yes they did replaced my phone's battery. What I mentioned and signed only in the Job Order I made was. "I refuse my phone to be repaired and I demand a replacement since my phone is brand new". Until I found out that my phone had its battery replaced. Now I am demanding madly that my phone must be replaced.
I don't understand why the phone will be replaced, again, this is a user based forum, you have to contact your Local support and stay in contact with them, keep us updated.

Ill ask you a thing. You bought a phone worth approx. $800 and it will be opened and had its battery replaced. In less than a month since you bought it. What will you feel? esp you know no fault was done in your part.
If I buy a phone or any expensive electronic and it starts acting up soon after, I would return it to the store.
Exactly. But the store needs a document from sony service center. So I brought it, and they replaced my battery. Cool I guess sony does not have protocols about phone replacements. Seems they don't have an idea what am I needing.
That has been reported before and has been escalated, I agree that more info should be included

One thing I think is ridiculous is that useless diagnostic app. Tells you nothing!! Just says system incident...well okay that's great, but can the app give more detail and explain why? Some kind of crash log.
