First transfer your pictures to the memory card (SD Card) and then remove the card and connect it to the computer through USB on a card reader. Then open My Computer menu on your computer and find the device you have connected. Select the pictures you want to transfer or just transfer the whole folder from the SD Card content showing on your computer. Then delete the pictures from the SD Card.
