mxtp problem

my z3+ has been locked, i tried to sign in with the correct account but it always says incorrect username or password. i tried signing in my account in a computer and it succesfully logged in. and then i tried it again to my xperia and still incorrect username or password appear,. any help?

I'm enter my google login and password, that write "Loading" for 30 sec..

Hello everyone, hope you can help me with this issue.

I've bought my Xperia Z3+ and had many battery drain issues. So, I started to check the proccess and noticed that "Google Play Services" was draining quite a lot of Ram memory. So I tried to uninstalled it. When I did it, suddenly the "My Xperia" protection screen appeared and now I can not use it any more!!!

I've already made a system repair using PC companion (no problem with this) but it is still blocked!! I logged in with my Gmail account and nothing happens!!!

I wrote an e-mail to Sony but all they say is "Make a PC companion repair" (already done it) or "Contact Support in your country". But it is not a HW problem, it is SW!!! It's Sony protection program the problem here, but I can not get a formal response from them. Anyone with the same problem?

Every suggestion is welcome!!!

I'm sorry to say this but PCC won't work, you have to stop by your local Xperia Care, that's the only option

The MXTP server is down. I experienced the same thing a month ago and couldn't unlock my phone until I let someone know the server was down. Hopefully Sony knows the server is down.

Hi. 

I made a factory reset on my sony xperia z3+.

After reboot it says MY XPERIA PROTECTED and it do not want to accept my email and password it is saying: name or/and password incorrect.

I can log in into my Google acc and to https://myxperia.sonymobile.com/ where i can see z3+ into my devices.

Can anybody help me?

I am really annoying, I accepted the risk, but I didn't accept that sony blocked my bootloader. So now the rooting status of the phone is Unknown, but I have bougth a cell phone with Unlocked Bootloader. So, Someone here knows how can I unlocked it again?

The things I did were:

1) Unlocked my phone.
2) Rooted it.
3) Actived "My xperia Protection", and it was a very big mistake!.

Until that my bootloader is locked!!! Sony didn't said that if I actived "My xperia protection" I will have locked my bootloader.

I understand your frustration but MyXperiaTheftProtection MXTP it is at the bootloader level.
