I have a Z3+ locked with MXTP.
I know the email and password, but the phone keeps saying "incorrect email/password".
I asked for a new password and changed it succesfully, but still the same message.
I asked for an authorization code (sent to the new phone that has the sim now) and it worked out, but at the end, it says "incorrect email/password".
I don't understand. What's happening?

Hi @Origos,
Welcome to the community.
Are you able to sign in to the My Xperia website and unlock it from there?

So just today my phone got drained of its battery and after charging and turning it on I can't authenticate my own phone using the same email/password that I have been using since I got it last September 2015. I tried different emails and such and I can't get it working as well. The IMEI NUMBER also changed, it's different from what my phone is showing and what I have checked on the website recently?? I tried quick factory resetting it as well but same problem and it even got worse, now I can't even see my own lockscreen and got my datas removed. Please do assists me

I have lost contact with the seller (he changed his name and won't reply to emails) and was wondering if there is any way to get rid of this screen.

Hi @Chubb-r,
Welcome to the community.
The only way to get past the MyXperia lock is to sign in using the details that were set up for MyXperia. Without that, only a service agent can remove this as it is a hardware lock. You can contact your Local support team to arrange this.

Thanks for your help, I had a feeling it may end up this way as people talk about it being part of the bootloader.
I'm rather unaquainted with Xperia phones, so thank you.
