Lollipop not showing notifications on lock screen

After upgrading to Lollipop, notifications does not show on the lock screen at all. I use pin-code as security, notifications is set to "Show all notification content". Something I'm missing here?

I have newly opened this thread as I am facing this problem, it might b related to active sync limitations and I have contacted my Company IT team (ERICSSON) regarding this, according to them, they have no control over active sync behavior / anomalies found in Xperia.

Now by going Xperia support statement I would request please rectify which notifications are not related to synced mail box and show them in next release coz its really annoying for messages, whatsapp and every trivial notification I need to unlock the device.

Just upgraded my Xperia Z1 to Lollipop and I've noticed this problem as well. I have an Activesync account as well and I see this is the culprit of no notifications (icons, messages, anything). The solution regarding "remove account and add it again" does not work, so I'm wondering when a patch will be released? Otherwise it's back to Jellybean! (Hate the look of Kitkat!)

EDIT:

Going to use the Outlook app instead. The Outlook widgets look better as well! (Please allow us to remove transparency from the calendar and email widgets!)

The same problem, just yesterday received 5.0.2 Android  23.1.1.e.0.1  on my D6633 phone. Using active sinc for corporate email, so no notifications on lock screen available. Very, very annoying.

When are you going to fix it on Z3 Dual? Will the be something like 23.1.A.0.726 but for Duals or we have to wait till 5.1 Android?

Please answer, as I have to decide  - wait or rollback to Kitkat. Thanks.

Ladies/Gents,

I am having a problem with my notifications and camera button on the lock screen. Neither the notification cards nor the camera button appear when the phone is locked, as well as the notifications light do not turn on, only I get sounds for e-mails, facebook and so on.

I removed my exchange sync email and everything was back to normal and all functional.

What can I do to fix this? I need to have my phone features and e-mail logged on simultaneously.

Interesting posts by evenyone and you won't be surprised to hear I have the same issue.

Installing outlook.com isn't a suitable fix and so I can only conclude Sony have dropped the ball massively on this one.  Question is will they fix it before I change platform?

Mine worked.

I am using the build no. 23.1.A.0.726.

After update I deleted my office email account and configured again...

It worked now...

When the phone is in lock screen and a corporate exchange profile with PIN policy is configured, no notification is shown on lock screen. When the corporate exchange profile is deleted all notifications on lock screen are working again!

Please correct this also for Z1 compact.

As some of you have already noticed, this has been changed in the latest update, 23.1.A.0.726, but you may need to remove the account and add it again after the update.

Depending on where you bought the phone you may however not have received this update yet as it may need local and operator approvals before it can be released for your device.

if someone is reading my post correctly, i'm talking of the Sony Xperia Z1 Compact and not of the Z3 Compact! So please can you move my post back to Z1 Compact forum!!!

Yes the Z3 problem is solved, but i don't think i will try to install the Z3 compact FTF on my Z1 compact!

Just reading a post is not the same as understanding it.

 @Kloana1080 It was probably merged here because it has the same answer, you have to wait for a new update that will fix this issue.
