Unfortunately it's not possible to do this without installing any 3rd party software. I know that Truecaller has this function if you want to use a 3rd party app.

Try to edit the specific contact(add the number to your contacts) and send them directly to voice mail. That is the only option.
Really? With a phone you can't block calls? Whose bright idea was this? How come that Samsung was able to create a Reject list? It's like I sell a car and if you want breaks, you can "download" them. Should I rely on 3rd party softwares?
Do you think they will explain their business decision of why they didn't add that major feature?
No,but you can give it a try.You won't find anything from us,we are not working for Sony.
I am so sick of getting calls every day from India! I can't block specific phone numbers? I can't block "annonymous" phone numbers? I'm sorry I upgraded from my old phone. It's a good thing this one is water proof because when I am awakened every morning with high pressure salesmen I feel like throwing it in the toilet.
If it helps, I have created a Spam Caller entry in Contacts. As I receive spam calls, I add their phone number to my Spam Caller entry. While I am in Edit Mode for this entry, I have check the box next to All Calls to Voicemail. I also have chosen Silent Ring as the default ringtone for this entry. (I made this particular ringtone using Audacity.)
It's isn't as elegant as a block caller option, but I am not disturbed by these nuisance callers
