my xperia sola battery lasts for only 18hrs with minimum or no use.i have noticed in battery usage info that android os drains around 30-50% battery.and after doing some research on xda i came to know that this is a software issue which was also present in xperia s.is there going to be a firmware update for the xperia sola to reslove this issue?.

I really wish it was that simple in my case... There's almost no app but the sony ones, i setted the one app using battery not to run in background...
By Turn off bravia engine, then it will gives u more battery back up...really...
I'll keep that in mind. Alreay set it to half brighness.
Though that don't explain why the battery goes away so fast when not touching the phone :smileywink:.
After changing SD and sim card, autonomy is just awsome though.
Battery get drained again with new sim
Don't know what to do. I just want the dammed probkem FIXED !
Though if the result with the other sim card are releavant,...
Now, there's an app i started today, and hadn't started for a while. (ie touchdown) Could this be...
36 min.
Don't seams off record;
Acctually i see "Android system" and "Android expoitation system". The later is what is repoted to use the battery.
How did you removed battery ?
Edit : in english, it's "Android system" and "android OS"
Well, seams no dice.
Maybe you're right about the "trigger", and then someting have to be done to fix the problem.
Removing touchdown seams a win so far. Bah !
Hi there,
So a sd card larger that 16gb is not recommended? As i can see the most problems appears on the maximum supported size - 32gb.
So can we safely use a 32gb sd card? Mit busted or not?
I'll do a test with the SD later
Did some google maps earlier with GPS, didn't seams to trigger anything.
