My screen even broke while lying on my Nighttable. As the music was running all night and it was reloading the night, I thought it might be a heat problem? but as it doesn´t seem to be a general Problem if the Service was not that terrible. I just could not believe it. It turned me from a Sony Fan to a Sony hater within a week.
where I normally favoured Sony products, I will from now on avoid Sony Products whereever possible.
And I will tell everybody I know what I experienced.
One of the Ladies at the hotline I was talking to replied on my question if she knew about the problems of sony with the selfbreaking glass, that everybody who tells about displays who breaks without Force was Lying! Hello??? I told her about my display broke without force a minute ago??? Who the F. do they think they are???

and my recommendation: DO NOT EVER BUY SONY PRODUCTS AGAIN!
I've just sent my z3 compact in to xperia care with a cracked back due to heat and a non responsive touchscreen along the top and they got back to me with a quote for £117, this is bearing in mind the phone is still under warranty.
Took them 5 working days to respond after receiving my device and even got an email from them after 4 days saying it was delayed.
I will not be paying the bill to have something fixed that wasn't due to user negligence but solely the poor quality of a Sony product. Really has put me off purchasing any future products by them and because of the poor customer service and care.
