If you are using a wall charger and you experience this problem, contact your Local support to get the device inspected

I agree here, 5 days for a full charge is far to long, full charge time is around 2 to 3 hours in normal case use.

I recently had the same problem, but charging takes around 8 hours to full.
What to do? Did you know what was the problem? Have you fixed it?
