I have same problem here. Unable to register IMEI on Sony Mobile Website. Can you tell me what was the reccomended procedure in these circumstances? I wonder why this advice wasn't given in plain view??

I understand that it may seem strange that I don't assist directly in the thread, but the reasoning is that private information is handled which is against the community guidelines. What I do is that I look up the IMEI and try to see what may cause it not to register properly for your account. Once I see what the reason is, I try to set it up for you.
