First thing try to remove microSD and SIM from your device,open all the flaps and place it somewhere to dry off. Put it in a warm place, maybe in a bowl of rice. Do not charge it.
Follow alexdons suggestion, it's a good advice that can help.
But I also want to point out that the phone should never be exposed or immersed to salt water. The device should always be kept away from sea water. More info about this can be found at the following link:

That should be obvious,there are other minerals in salt water,it is corrosive.
my phone is damaged because of water despite of follwing all rules to put in water... it is sony responsibility
