Microphone issue Xperia Z1

Hi!

I recently bought 6 Xperia Z1 to the company and now we can´t hear eachother anymore.
There´s constant brakes and after a minute or two the voice disappears completly and there´s
nothing to do but to end the call.

What to do?

I don't know if it's hardware or software issue, but voice becomes distorted only on loudspeaker. Caller and callee cant hear anything, on normal mode everything works fine. My phone is only 2 days old. If Someone knows something please post..

Just plug then unpluge your handsfree,it will be fixed.

I have a problem with the second mic..when I record videos I notice that sounds are too low when I retried recording I figure out that only the first mic record and the second is off..in the camera settings microphone is on..(sorry if I made mistakes in writing)

Sorry I never said. What worked for me. I plugged. My hands free in for a call, then unplugged half way through the call. This seemed to work for me. it's worth a try.

I have just been intouch with sony regarding the same problem today. They sent me details to download pc companion, I downloaded this to my pc. Then I downloaded the updates from my pc to my phone using the usb cable. And the problem is now sorted. Be sure to back up all your personal data ie phone numbers and pictures etc. worked.first time. Thanks sony for your swift action

I had same problem with my xperia Z1 (Version : 5.0.2). But now it’s working fine as before. I was using "Total Recall" application to record calls. Whenever recording is ON my voice is breaking. After deactivating recording I had uninstall this application.

As per my solution deactivate any recording which you have recently installed application and restart phone. And now make call may this help for you guys. This works for me.
