Yes, but 23.1.A.0.726 is for Z3 6603, with single SIM. When the update will be done for dual Z3, 6633?

Yeah, Sony really screwed this lollipop update up. I returend mine to yhe reseller because of this problem.
I was evaluating this phone for our company and the conclusion was that we bought Samsung phones instead. This problem was the "turning point".

Problem is solved temporary by using SCR24 screen cover. On the little smart window all missed calls and SMS are shown on the notification bar.
But this is definitely wouldn't be right solution for everybody, as this device has its + and - . So please SONY - fix the problem asap.

As i mentioned before, we have changed this in 23.1.A.0.726 but depending on where you bought the phone you may not have received this update yet as we may need local and operator approvals before we can release the update.
We have also started rolling out a new version today: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Software-Updates/New-Android-5-0-Lollipop-firmware-update-for-the-Xper...
But after the update you may need to remove the account and add it again.

Ran the update today and wanted to let you know that this part: "But after the update you may need to remove the (exchange) account and add it again." really made all the difference. Now my Z3's lock screen is finally working properly again.

I've updated my phone today and removed account, restarted the phone and added the account again.
Notifications now work for me!

After the last update, i removed and added Exchange account and the notifications is back.
