Lollipop not showing notifications on lock screen

After upgrading to Lollipop, notifications does not show on the lock screen at all. I use pin-code as security, notifications is set to "Show all notification content". Something I'm missing here?

I bought Z3 compact D5803 two days ago. I updated to 5.0.2 yesterday and the notification would not be showed when the screen is locked. Should I update something? thanks.

I have a ZR and its very annoying that you removed the icons from the locked screen on lollipop. Why even change that from the beginning? and i don't have active sync... only accounts are google, facebook and whatsapp...

You mean lock screen widgets? Android 5.0 doesn't have lock screen widgets but notifications can work in a similar way to control music for example.

Remove and add the account? Can u explain what account? Google account or all the account in app? Thanks

You need to remove the ActiveSync account. To do this, go to Settings -> Accounts -> Exchange AvtiveSync -> [your email address] -> [menu] (3 dots) -> Remove account.

Will this issue being solved for Xperia z3 dual phones (like in the new firmware update for Xperia Z3 phones) within weeks or should I sell my phone and buy another brand??? :(:(
(for me using third party apps is not a solution since I need calendar and phonebook sync too!!! Not only email. )

With our latest software version, you will get lock screen notifications even with an ActiveSync account that enforces a PIN/password. But when you have updated to the new version you need to remove the ActiveSync account and then add it again to enable notifications on the lockscreen.

Z3 Dual will also receive this update but availability of the update depends on local and operator approvals.

Thanks for fixing this.  Had it not been fixed, I would have gone and gotten another phone.  On mine, I couldn't see who was calling me or answer unless I unlocked the screen.  Hopefully this fixes that as well.
