Anybody got idea how to access file folder on a Z3.

File commander is normally pre-installed. If it's not, you can find a lot of different file managers on Google Play.

Z5 Premium not file folder you say please google play download but i dont download....the device has to have its own program folder.all phones have their own folder program, but why do not you Sony.
