Xperia Z5 gone laggy after 6.0.1 update

Hi,
I have only been using my Xperia Z5 dual for 1 month and everything was perfect before I updated the newest version. Apps are laggy especially Facebook and Whatsapp. These apps stop responding after using for 5-10 seconds. (not everytime though)
I am really annoyed by this problem. Am I the only one who has this problem? Thanks

Any chance there might be too much cached memory behind most of your apps? Go to settings - storage and select internal storage. Tap on cached data and clear it.
