w595-speed dial, shortcut and contact

i'm sony ericsson w595 user,

i hav a few prob wit tis phone.

firstly, the speed dial not working witout any reason...

secondly, my right side shortcut also not function(if come wit the speed dial)

thirdly, i just found out my contact suddenly disappear, but after i restart phone contact num cum is bck again.is tat ok?

p/s- my english not good as well, hope u guy can understand wat i wrote and help me solve this prob ...thx

You can also use the "phone repair" option with PC suite.

now mine phone is totally DEATH (RIP)

i just edit my contact, suddenly my screen just blank and off....

Perhaps it's best you contact SE and arrange to have it repaired.
