w595-speed dial, shortcut and contact

i'm sony ericsson w595 user,

i hav a few prob wit tis phone.

firstly, the speed dial not working witout any reason...

secondly, my right side shortcut also not function(if come wit the speed dial)

thirdly, i just found out my contact suddenly disappear, but after i restart phone contact num cum is bck again.is tat ok?

p/s- my english not good as well, hope u guy can understand wat i wrote and help me solve this prob ...thx

I would suggest you update the software, as this may well fix your problems.

u mean update is phone update rit?

i already update it, but it haven fix my problem

Did you run the update service using your computer, or updated the software using the phone? Another option is to perform a Master reset on it.

erm...well

after i discover tis problem, i though this is virus or wat

so i did once time master reset after did, my phone have no problem for awhile only...

soon, the problem appear again and i heard my friend say master reset may corrut the system.

he oso told me tried to update the phone and c it fix or not...

i tried update it by using PHONE... as the result, it don't fix my problem

OK, in that case, I suggest you run the update service using the computer, as this may fix these problems even if you have the latest software.A Master reset will not corrupt your phone but it will return it to its factory settings and in the process may get rid of any software glitches.
