NFC problems

My Phone Just came back form service ( screen replaced)
No way to run the NFC
I even repaired software bu pc companion.
Also A piece of paper coming out of the cover ( left backlink middle)

First question, settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test NFC

second issue, contact your Local support

done it says OK but it is not making the test.

than I did this test by pressing *#*#.....bla bla numbers

Could you test it in >>> safe mode

Already done. Not working even in safe mode.
There is a little piece of black color paper poping out from back side of the cover in the middle .
