I have a Sony Xperia X and had purchased a pair of Sony headphones to go with the phone. They have worked no problem for 3 months and sound has been great. Recently, in the last week or so, I now get the error message in the subject title. Other headsets continue to work with no problem. Can anyone help please?

Do your headphones work in any other device? What model are they?
I have the same problem with both my Sony headphones and any other pair. Pretty sure it must be a software fault as one pair of headphones works perfectly. Does anyone know of a fix?
