NFC problems

My Phone Just came back form service ( screen replaced)
No way to run the NFC
I even repaired software bu pc companion.
Also A piece of paper coming out of the cover ( left backlink middle)

I want to sent back too.

phone bought from Abu Dhabi UAE sony euroasia

but I live in Istanbul sony europe

so they dont cover the warranty.

I dont know what to do.
