what was happened: The battery was low when I was listening to the radio, it suddently went off, I thought the battery was run out, then connected to my computer for charging. however, it won't restart at all, the my computer couldn't recognise the phone neither, the light on the phone is flashing in red if I connect to the computer. I did take the battery out and sim card, but nothing happened. could please anyone help, I need the phone urgently!!!!! Many thanks.
