If you do want to flash a custom rom then place the img in your fastboot folder open a command prompt and type in fastboot flash system FILENAME FILENAME been the name of the img

remember to add .img at the end in the cmd window or it won't work -

To revert back to a Stock Rom then you will need Flashtools and a .FTF file

you can find these on XDA here

To relock the bootloader you need Flashtools installed when you have done that and have installed the drivers come back

http://androxyde.github.com/

To check the drivers are installed Turn your phone off. Press and hold the volume down key while plugging the USB cable into your Xperia S.

Or because your bootloader is unlocked then if you are wanting to go back to stock then use Sony's official flashtools http://developer.sonymobile.com/services/flash-tool/

Download and place in Flashtools Firmware folder https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B-yM_qnM8ZPRTDhsS1ZHbXJ2YWs

Open the Flashtool application on your PC. Click on the lightning bolt symbol.

Select Flashmode and click OK

Select the correct firmware in the left column in this case select Relock-Bootloader

If you uncheck the “wipe userdata” box in Flashtool before flashing, you will not lose any data. Click ‘OK’.

Turn your phone off. When prompted press and hold the volume down key while plugging the USB cable into your Xperia S.Ignore the instructions from the pop-up window as these are for a different Xperia phone.

The flashing process should now start

Once you see the “Flashing finished” message unplug your phone and boot your phone up
