If you don't have an FTF file then post back with what version you are running ie@ GB ICS but which variation .452 .453 2.45 2.50 or 2.55 I will then be able to post a link for you to download the kernal.sin
Please ensure you are not holding down the volume button whilst it is turning on and if you have a case attached that could be interfering with this button please remove it.

device is stuck on recovery mode ! not able to turn it off !
powering off is again rebooting to recovery
When you say you can’t power it off, have you tried holding the volume and power button to force a reboot?

i tried vol+ with power key
holded it until it vibrates 3 times ,
phone reboots again back to recovery
You need to flash a kernal.sin via Fastboot - If you have an FTF file change the name or file extension to .rar then open it up - Find the kernal.sin and extract that file only and copy it to your Fastboot folder on your C: drive then open a command prompt and type fastboot flash boot kernel.sin then hit enter and connect your phone in fastboot mode - So hold power and volume up untill you feel 3 vibrations 1 after the other not one on it's own 3 will come soon after then holding volume up connect your usb cable it should then sart the flashing and fix your phone
i entered fastboot mode !
wher do i find the kernel ?
ICS 2.45
If you've used Flashtool not Fastboot then for Flashtool you need a .FTF file which is the firmware some of use to manually flash our phones the kernal is what boots up our phones - If you need a kernal then post back as above which version of software you have
