New ICS firmware (4.1.B.0.587)

Hello friends,

                    Today morning i read on a website that there is a new ICS firmware update for LWW as well the rest Xperia 2011 series  4.1.B.0.587. I want to know what is the update for ? Does it fix the rest bugs left in ICS ?  Thanks...

@braydencooper067 - In last page u have said "Yes you have to change settings"..what settings u were talking about?

settings for the LED, create different coloured lights and see it works even if the screen is off.. It does in mine, works perfect

found one more wierd thing, see time difference in below screenshots - 2nd pic is showing 8hr 11 mins and also 8hr 13 mins...seems to be a bug to me...

Also can anyone please tell what "Awake" means...it seems this is sucking my battery

Awake means, Some programs are running in the bacground..Which makes mobile awake

hmm...my Lotus Traveller was checking mails every 15 mins...may be that is the culprit...will disable 15 mins mail checking as manual and check this status again...

Guys, m back on GB now, through service centre (had a big argument as I wasn't carring my bill)...waiting for Sony to release a proper update to fix all bug (which I don't think is gong to happen soon).

Is it possible to repair my GB, as the service centre guy would have only installed it and I believe I shud do repairas well. Tried SUS & PC Compnian but its giving me option to upgrade to ICS...Am I doing anything wrong?

can you find the repair link?

afaik, you cannot use PCC SUS for repair once the ICS upate is available if you are on GB and not intending to upgrade.

all you can do to is to perform a factory data reset or settings restore
