They’ve told me to go to an approved repair centre and then get a price.
Even though it’s clearly their fault and that the fault has caused the mainboard to fry! They know how much their parts cost surely? More complaint needed as they keep fobbing me off that this isn’t a wide scale problem!

Came to this chaps house and did it for free! out of warranty.. how is that fair
Yeh same, can’t handle the phone centre as it’s all so scripted and clearly not somebody who’s there to coordinate a repair.

i have the same issue , although they haven’t closed it off yet.
You will see the ext naive debugging i’ve done as well and their answer
im in Uk with 5 year john lewis warranty, so in 10 days they will be my next port of call.
so obvious it’s update related, if only we could roll back via USB install
