in the same position. I contacted AO as thats who I bought the TV from.. they will be happy to pay for a repair, but I just cannot get hold of Sony to organise it.

I don't think that a software downgrade is an option with Android TVs. Nevertheless, do let us know the outcome of your last call with the customer support.

sony support can’t do nothing for me because warranty ran out on my tv.i said well I’m not paying as its Sony fault sending a update out what’s started rebooting my tv.then said what about downgrading they said we can’t do this.all I got off the guy at the other side of the phone well you after pay to see what’s wrong with the tv I had to put the phone down on him because I was loosing it with him.thanks Sony for nothing
