Sound Problems after Android 10 Update Xperia 1

Everytime when is use the little skip button on a Youtube Video or Netflix the Volume jumps for 1 second high up and then again normal.

This happens everytime i use the skip button or iam looking for my notifications.

So when you Interrupt the sound source for a seconds it jumps high up, like a crack sound.

Pls Sony or Google fix this

Habe das gleiche Problem bei meinem Xperia XZ2 compact. 

Zusätzlich ist beim Spielen oft keine klare Soundausgabe, Ton kracht als ob ein Lautsprecher defekt wäre
