OIS at 4k

If anyone here has contacts with Sony themselves please, please address this issue with them.

Since initial release the firmware has gotten better for the first two releases OIS only worked on normal 1080p but not in HDR mode (normal camera app) However latest firmware has gotten it working in 1080o HDR mode also.

Can you please get Sony engineering to get it to work in 4K mode also? I mean it's the same gimbal on the main lense do the physical OIS should work no matter the Res right? So this lends support that it is SOFTWARE that is preventing OIS not working in both camera apps (even with Hvec and stability on) . 

If we can get OIS working at 4k or even 2k then this would be an almost perfect phone.

Hopefully maybe, the xz2 and xz3 series February security patches are starting to roll in with big fixes, there have been reports like fingerprint scanning speed and lagging have been fixed. 

Hopefully our phones will receive some of the fixes that we have been expecting.
