my finger print sensor went wrong after the last change the hardware module(7 month ago), but i found when sometimes it works well when the restart the phone, i assumed that was a software issue.
And especially when the creator color was crashed sometimes, the finger print sensor goes to normal. So when the finger print failed to response, or show unable to recognize, I tried to turn off the creator color, it works again. I tried many times, it works well.
As the old saying, you cannot have the cake and eat it!
