Hey everyone.
So I was charging my phone today and then all of sudden it started rebooting to infinity. It worked for a couple of seconds, then froze then rebooted again. There was a triangle with a screw driver on the screen and then a reboot. Then it worked it again but everything was crashing(Google play services, Xperia Home..etc).
I did a software repair, nothing changed except infinite reboots. There was a one off where I had a padlock screen and then "Encryption Unsuccessful" which prompted me to perform a factory reset but nothing happened. It started up another time saying "optimizing applications" and then bam another reboot. Any suggestions to what do next? Taking it to the service centre is my last resort.
PS: I performed a software repair last week because ever since I updated to the Marshmellow software, the camera has been acting weirdly.

Hi Zoeytful,
Welcome to the community,
Sorry to hear about this, it is very possible that this is related to a SIM card or SD card, can you try removing them both and powering the unit on and let us know if the device is continuing to reboot?
If it has stopped, then I suggest trying just the SIM and testing and if it still works then you can clarify where the issue is coming from.
Let us know how you get on.
Yeah, I did that for the third time just and the phone just freezes forever on the start up screen. I even tried removing both sim card and SD card which leads me to the very first setup screen but then phone freezes.
