Files on SD Card can't showing after Factory Reset

I did a factory reset with SD Card installed in the phone, but after a factory reset my SD Card can not be accessed. Photo, Video, PDF and other files still exist with normal filesize.

When I open in the computer the issue is same too, I try to double click on the files, but can not, the image is blank, the video is not playing, the pdf is corrupt,

But If I try to take new photo from my Z5, the result is normal and exist in my gallery, but my old photo is still blank.

any advice? Please help.

have you tried to reformat the sd card?

Yes, I already tried to copy all data to my computer, format the SD Card and moved the data again. The files is still corrupt.

Hello all

Did you encrypt data on the sd? if so, you should always deactivate encryption befor factory rersetting, because the encryption keys are also deleted with factory reset.

after the reset you can reenable encryption.
