the phone just rebooted itself and i got this message when it opened (audio setting has stopped) same when i open audio setting i have no audio in myphone please help 
Hi @CHINO666, sorry to hear about this.
Just to make sure that the cause of this isn't one of your downloaded applications, try rebooting your phone in safe mode and see if you get the same message when unlocking the phone / opening the audio settings in the phone.
If you experience the same behaviour while the phone is rebooted in safe mode, perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
Do note that this will delete all data stored on the internal storage of your phone and reinstall the latest available software, so creating a backup using Xperia Companion before you start with the repair is advised.
