Z5 Compact Right speaker not work after 7.1.1 (32.4.A.0.160)

I just realized that the right speaker is not working.

I do not know whether this is a hardware or a software issue, as I mostly use earphones before the update.

Does anyone have the same problem?

You can test the phone in safe mode and see if the same thing happens. I also recommend you test another set of headphones.

I test it in safe mode, nothing change.

Why i have test another headphone? While the problem is on the speakers.

Sorry I misunderstood, I thought it was happening with earphones too.

Based on the information provided I recommend you contact your Local support team to arrange a repair assessment.

It happens the same with mine,  the right speaker start to play very low and with noise,  I have a Xperia Z5 Premium.
