It would be best to have it sent to an authorized service center located close to you. I recommend getting in touch with your Local support for further instructions, they're well informed of your local routines. Unfortunately I am not familiar with Turkish service routines I'm afraid which is why I can't assist you in having it sent in.

A decision regarding warranty can only be made after a trained technician at an authorized service center has had the opportunity to examine your display thoroughly.
