After backup via cwm corner of the screen were yellow spots?
Hi @kazemztc,
I am sorry to hear that.
I recommend that you get in touch with your Local support so that you can get assisted in sending your device in to an authorized service center.
You can send our Iranian support team an email at Questions.IR@support.sonymobile.com if you're from Iran.
No worries, let me know if you require further assistance! :smileysmileythumbsup:
So sorry to hear about that @AkuuKhan.
It would be best to have it sent to an authorized service center located close to you. I recommend getting in touch with your Local support for further instructions, they're well informed of your local routines. Unfortunately I am not familiar with Turkish service routines I'm afraid which is why I can't assist you in having it sent in.
I have the same problem and i am base in the EU, how likely sony will repair it under warranty?
Hi @Relm_Arrowny, very sorry to hear that.
I'm afraid that it isn't possible for me to judge if the tint on your display will be covered by warranty or not online. A decision regarding warranty can only be made after a trained technician at an authorized service center has had the opportunity to examine your display thoroughly. However, you can rest assured that if the tint is due to a manufacturing defect that our warranty covers it if the other warranty conditions are met. You may find our warranty terms by clicking the link below and choosing your market:
