Xperia Z5 ring volume

Upgraded software to 5.1.1 and since then the ring volume turns itself fully down and won't let me adjust. All other volumes are working fine.

Will work for a little while after turning off and on again.

Any ideas?

It happened to me again after the app pref reset. Now I see the sim city buildit hint, also have it installed. Will give it a go.

I have the same problem. The DND is not enabled and I repaired the software many times but it only works for few days and then it goes back again. I've missed really important calls because of this

And I had Z3 before the Z5 and the same problem still exists

I have the exact same problem, and have only had my phone for a few days (purchased 2016-09-13). Volume will work for a certain amount of time, then will go on silent. DND not activated, at all. I work on call and first responder for a busy maternity unit and I must be able to answer my phone! I will return it ASAP if there is no permanent solution that I can access (living remotely).

Hi! 

I have the exact opposite problem. I can't turn the alarm volume down. I've set the alarm volume below medium volume on settings but every time the alarm goes on, it is on maximum volume. That is really loud. Not anything one would like to wake up to at 5am..

Please help! 

I'm almost having a heart attack every morning and the person sleeping next to me is pissed.
