Xperia z1 Not charging massage

by acsadent i ticked the dont show again and pressed ok 

so if my battery is not charging it will not show the massage i use a big battery draining app so i need the massage to reapear how can i get it back?

Have you tried clearing app preferences to see if that helps? In order to do so, go to Settings > Apps > Menu (3 dots in the top right) > Reset app preferences. However, note that this will reset all preferences for disabled apps, disabled app notifications, default application actions and permission restrictions - but it won't affect actual app data.
