Hi Sony Team,
I was very happy with sony when i was using one of my favorite phone sony Z ultra after 8 month my phone started giving proxy problem i visit to vashi service center and they had replace me an anther z ultra after 15 days then again on the same day i note that i am not getting rang on my phone agent they ask me to replace the phone but they don't have the z ultra in stock so they offer my Z1 but i reject the office because z ultra is one of my favorite phone then after 1 month they convince me and i get ready to take Z1 after 1 day the display of left side was blank and i visit again and they change some of the parts that time i was unhappy then also i get ready to receive that repaired phone.
Now my Z1 body has been band when i was on my bike its a sport bike and my phone is in my back pocket i had travel for 5 Hrs and when is saw my phone it was damage i visit to one of the service center in Bangalore they told me we cant provide you any service and you have to pay 12000 because it is a physical damage
Is it my fault??? its not the first time i had kept my phone in back pocket
I am very very upset for your team i need some solution, i am not ready to pay anything for this.If your material is so low qty so stop fulling customer your are losing your trusted customer.

Sorry to hear about your phone and what happened. In this case however I suggest you contact your Local support to have your device sent to and examined by one of our authorized service centers. The repair and warranty process may differ between markets and regions.

I had visited to nears sony service center my phone is under warranty and they are saying that i have to pay 12000 becaus sony not helps in Physical damage.
Is this realy physical damage? if yes please define me how.
Its not a first time i am keeping it in my back pocket befor this i am using samsung i never face such issue so why sony it menas your phone body is not good then oyher phone.
as i told u its not a first time i had you other phones and which u are aziming the presser is not that much if there is such thing i never fight of it
See very frank i dont want to hear such thing i want proper solution and i am not ready to pay anything. And if i will not get any solution within 2 WD i will file above issue in consumer care service
