Hi, I have a Sony xperia Z (C6603). Since a couple of days when the phone battery goes below more or less the 90% it suddendly turn off. The top overheat, and battery goes down really quickly. If I turn it on back after a while it turns off again, decreasing the time it stays on, as well as the battery. When it goes below a certain percentage it doesn't menage to turn on anymore. Often when I tunr back on it start the "app optimization" (287 app) that last very long time.
Does someone know how I can fix this?
Yes, it happens also in safe mode. I have also tried the "software reapair" with the PC Companion, that have totally rebooted my phone, but nothing
Yes, sorry, I have used the Xperia companion to repair the software, not the PC companion (I got confused by the very similar name).
unfortunately if you have already the steps mentioned, then softare problem can be ruled out. this might mean there is something wrong with the hardware, I suggest you to contact your local service center to have your phone checked Local support
Hi! I need some help.
I root my XPERIA Z C6603 and flash twrp recovery then I boot into recovery mode but nothing happens and my phone turn off. After I turn on my phone, it vibrates again and again while holding power button. I tried to keep on holding power button and volume down but nothing happened. Then I finally put it on charger but red light blinks again and again nothing happens.
Tell me as soon as possible what should I do.
Thanks in advance
