I have had a Sony Xperia z5 premium dual for only 8 months but just 2 days ago it started playing funny, all the external buttons are not responding to the commands, l did everything to make them proper. I reseted it yesterday but nothing changed. Can you please tell me if it is a hardware problem or software problem
