FED UP WITH YOUR GAMES , REALLY THIS IS OUT OF LIMIT .

WHAT DO YOU THINK , WE ARE  HERE ONLY TO MAKE YOUR INCOME , THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I MADE WAS BUYING A SONY XPERIA PRODUCT ,

PHONE COST WAS 39990,FOR REPLACEMENT PAID 13500, AGAIN YOU MAKE ESTIMATION OF 14000, DO YOU HAVE LITTLE RESPECT !

LAST TIME WHEN I VISIT I EXPLAINED THE WHOLE CASE TO THAT SERVICE CENTRE LADY ,THAT I MADE REQUEST THAT THE PHONE THAT VISTA ELECTRONIC JAMMU ,PROVIDE ME IS REFURBISHED , BUT WHEN I ASKED THEY SAID YOU ARE PAYING 13500, OFCOURSE U GET NEW PHONE , BCOZ OF THEIR BELIEF , I SAID YES AND PAID FOR THE PHONE ,BUT I SAID I HEARD A LOT THE REFURBISHED PHONE CANNOT BE TRUSTED, THEY GOT DAMAGED PARTS .....

NOW THE SONY VIRUS STARTS SHOWING HIS IDENTITY, SIM SIGNAL STOPPED WORKING AFTER 10 DAYS , SOMETIMES IT WORKS SOMETIMES NOT , BUT I DIDNOT HAVE SO MUCH TIME , I KEPT IT LIGHT, BUT WHEN SIM SIGNAL GOT COMPLETELY GONE , I VISITED  VISTA ELECTRONIC CARE , THEY SAID IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY, WE CANNOT TAKE THIS PHONE AS I VISITED ONE DAY AFTER EXPIRATION ,

BUT I COMPLAINT EArlier  for that online within warranty period ,after so many emails u people called me to deposit phone at any service centre , as i was in banglore , so i submitted in R-LOGIC SOLUTION , I EXPLAINED SERVICE LADY THE FULL CASE , SHE SAID SHE WILL TALK TO SONY FOR THAT , BUT I GOT NO REPLY FROM YOUR END , THEN I HAD TO LEAVE BANGALORE FOR 3 MONTHS SO I COLLECTED MY PHONE BACK , AND SERVICE LADY SAID WHEN YOU COME BACK GIVE IT BACK AND GET IT REPAIRED FOR 1861.THE ONLY DEFECT IS SIGNAL ANTENNA, WHICH NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, AS PER ESTIMATION SO I AGREED ,

WHEN I REACHED HOME ,I NOTICED THAT THE BACK PANEL WAS LOOSE , BUT I HAD MORNING FLIGHT SO I LEFT BANGALORE AND INFORMED THEM ABOUT IT ,

I WAS THINKING HOW COULD THEY REMAIN IT OPEN , AS IT IS A WATERPROOF PHONE , WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS IF LIQUID  SPILLAGE OCCURS .HOW COULD YOU BE SO IRRESPONSIBLE , FIRST CORRECT YOUR MACHINES .

NOW WHEN I REACHED THE SERVICE CENTRE BACK , I TOLD THE SERVICE RECEPTIONIST THAT THEY LEFT IT OPEN LAST TIME AFTER INSPECTION. SHE SAID SORRY BUT SHE DIDNOT MENTION ANYTHING IN THE JOBSHEET.I ASKED HER WHY U DIDNOT MENTION , SHE SAID , IT IS NOT REQUIRED , THEY WILL CORRECT IT,

YOU PEOPLE ARE GREAT , YOU DONT MENTION YOUR MISTAKES.

NOW WHEN I CALL , FOR THE ESTIMATION THEY SAID THE ESTIMATION COST IS 14000;;

ARE YOU OUT OF MIND !!!!!!!!!

HE ADDED MOTHERBOARD IS DEFECTED , AND REAR CAMERA IS ALSO DEFECTIVE .

HOW THEY COULD BE ,  I WAS NOT EVEN USED THIS PHONE AFTER LAST INPECTION AS NO SIM IS IN THE PHONE , WHY DO I USE THIS PHONE ........., YOU GUYS JUST GIVE ME ONE REASON , HOW THAT MOTHERBOARD GETS DEFECTED, IT MEANS YOU PUT A DEFECTED MOTHERBOARD AND REAR CAMERA.........

THEN HOW MOTHERBOARD AND REAR CAMERA GETS DEFECTED ,

(AS I TOLD ,YOU ALWAYS PROVIDE DEFECTIVE PARTS IN REFURBISHED PHONE , THE SAME HAPPENED WITH MY OTHER XPERIA Z3 + PHONE , BUT WHEN PROBLEM OCCURS IN MOTHERBOARD , I TOLD THEM TO CHANGE ALL THE SPARE PARTS WITH NEW ONE , I DIDNOT  WANT ANY OLD MOTHEBOARD, AFTER THAT PHONE STARTS WORKING GOOD  )

CAUTION :

I AM NOT GONNA PAY A SINGLE PENNY , I M TELLING FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY, REFURBISHED PHONES COMES WITH DEFECTIVE PARTS WHICH ARE NOT USED BY OTHERS , SO U IMPOSE THEM ON US, I MADE COMPLAINT , PLEASE CHANGE MY MOTHERBOARD BUT U DIDNT RESPOND ,  I AM WARNING YOU  CORRECT YOUR MISTAKES OR BE READY TO PAY FOR THE ALL PROBLEMS THAT I FACED ...I M VERY SERIOUS THIS TIME .

I M GIVING YOU 10 DAYS TIME , EXACTLY ON 9-9-2017. I WANT IT BACK, FAILING WILL TELL YOU , WHAT YOU ARE GONNA FACE . KEEP IN MIND ....

 I KNOW HOW TO USE SOCIAL MEDIA FOR JUSTICE ...... I WANT JUSTICE THIS TIME

BEING A COLLEGE STUDENT , I CONTINUOSLY VISITING YOUR SERVICE CENTRE EVERY AFTER 15 DAYS , YOU WERE JUST WASTING MY TIME , HOW MUCH EXTRA FARE CHARGE I PAID , U EVEN CANT GUESS.

IF I DONT GET PHONE IN 10 DAYS , KEEP THAT  PHONE AND GIFT IT TO YOUR CEO , THEN HE WILL REALISE WHAT WE ARE SUFFERING FROM THEIR REFURBISHED PHONE .

AFTER THAT , I WILL LODGE COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT , I DONT CARE HOW MUCH TIME IT TAKES , BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY ALL THE AMOUNT WITH INTEREST AND FARE AND TIME CHARGES, BE READY .....FOR FUTURE IMPACTS

WHY DONT I BUY IPHONE INSTEAD OF PAYING YOU 14000.?

SOCIAL MEDIA YOU KNOW BETTER , THERE ARE MANY CUSTOMERS WHO WERE CHEATED BY SONY , BUT THIS WILL BE YOUR WORST CASE .
