I updated my Z5 on 6-23-16. It took 13gb of memory from my phone. It went around 24gb to a little over 11gb. Why did the update take so much space and is this normal? Nothing has really changed on the phone it doesn't make any sense to me.
No, this is very normal, I find it very confusing too, because all other smartphones I used told me the free space instead of the used space. I hope Sony will fix this soon as this is confusing.
