Sound problem

After latest update I noticed a serious deterioration in sound quality. I usually use headset (radio or listening music) the sound is very quiet and cheap quality, and when I get notification, the phone plays the music of notification and the end of this music headset bounced. I have Sony Xperia Z3 compact, I like this phone because it has got a good quality sound and it's gone.

does it happen when you are in safe mode

since you recently upgraded,. try to perform software repair using Xperia Companion
