If someone can help me... My Sony Z3 compact purchased recently, I upgraded to Lollipop as soon as unboxed. Now the Sony Music Jive just doesn't work. It says all new Jive is available, click upgrade. Once I do, the pop up disappears. I look in the apps and in the all apps, the App Data exactly stops at 328 KB and the App Cache at 68 KB and this happens everytime. I did a erpair on the OS twice with Sony PC companion, it doesn't help too. I am bit unwilling to go to a service centre for this one app but this is frustrating, I love this app and couldn't just use it... Any geeks, please help! Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear this.
Sony Jive is an app that is country/region specific so I suggest that you get in touch with your Local support team about this.
That sounds strange. Have you tested both over mobile data and Wi-Fi?
Is Jive the only app you experience this with in Google Play or does it happen when you try to update other apps as well?
I'm afraid I'm not very familiar with the Jive app since it is only available in certain regions, is it updated through What's New? Or do you receive the prompt to update the app when you open it only?
When you go to the app through Settings > Apps > All, do you have the option to uninstall it or to uninstall updates?
Getting message no longer supported on your device on my Z3C, was working till last week, I still get notifications from Jive
