Try disabling Wuntu (if present)? It solved the issue in my case.
If not start uninstalling apps, starting from the last installed or updated, until the message stop popping up.
Also consider contacting the developer of the offending app to fix the issue.

Instant apps uninstall as soon as you exit it. And I have Google instant apps activated and it did not cause the issue.
