Just to clarify, was there an attachment that was supposed to be added here? Or are you literally getting a message on the screen that says "Service Started"? 

Let me know so we can get this sorted out

I am literally getting a message saying service started every 2-3minutes

Can you start your phone in safe mode and see if you still get that message?

I have same problem i restarted in safe mode in safe mode it doesnt do it but when i restart the device in normal mode it pops up again this just started happening a few days ago i have xperia z5 and its up to date.

I'm having the same issue too. Started last night, but I haven't installed any new apps for over a week. I don't get it in safe mode but once I change back it starts again. The frequency of the pop ups varies but I haven't been able to figure out what's triggering it.
