!: Couple of questions from Newbie-Interesting phone-

2:Is there any way to get rid of blue user icon on top?

3: There is a white banner from my carrier that I Also cant get rid of. WHen holding it says Cell Information-Do I need that and how  can I get rid of that?

4: Is there options to change fonts on Z5?

5: Themes-on Z5 looks like no search for themes? Is there anything like "Material Dark" for Galaxy? Looking for that theme that makes screen when on mostly black so you do not see color difference from to and bottom.

6: SD Card-I have a256 fast card I got from Samsung. I gather max for SD card for Z5 is 200GB. so does that mean it will work with Z5 if I keep storage under 200GB? Also do I need to format this card for Z% that was working on my S7 Edge?

i was asking a simple quation about the battery and it's problem and whether if turnining of the Charging Optimisation would fix it or not

1) no there is no way to remove it, but if you place a picture on the Myself entry on contacts it will display your picture.

2.)i am not familliar with that, can you post a screenshot? if you bought your device from a network carrier it is most likely locked to that carrier and they have the power to modify the software to include things like that

3,) no , other than using third party launchers like Nova launchers, but there is a rumor the font changing will be included in nougat update, just rumor though

4,) there are lots of themes available on Google Play store, just search xperia themes.

5.)if it was already used from another android it will most likely work on the z5, as far as I know 256gb is the max capapcity that it can handle

The first white banner is always present and if you hold down on it the banner changes to cell...

I see this is i think one of the modifications that your network carrier have. Could you check if this appears. When you are on safe mode?

For your carrier banner do this: hold your finger on it and after 1 second it turns to a name of app that shows or peeking it. At the right side there is a i logo click on that and in the next window turn off peeking notification and turn on Block all.
