My phone is in repair but they need Spare Parts

hey,
i am from Germany and i sent my broken phone about sony to www.w-support.de.

They told me, that they need spare parts to repair my phone and i should ask Sony about these.
I wrote a fax to Xperia care Düsseldorf, but they don't reply me.
I don't have any ideas what i can do.

I have been waiting since over 1 months. Now i need it for my work, have anyone an idea what can i do ?
